Senior Manager, Sales Data Management

You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve sales data accuracy and consistency
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of data professionals
• Implement validation rules and automated data quality checks
• Standardize data definitions and classifications with cross-functional collaboration
• Deliver dashboards and reports to highlight data anomalies
• Facilitate digitization of manual processes for operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with governance standards and audit requirements

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, or similar
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Proven expertise in sales data governance and performance reporting
• Strong knowledge of sales lifecycle and data management
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred

Pay

$157,230 – $259,440 annually
