Senior Manager, Risk Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for claims management with TPA Sedgwick
• Analyze loss runs and claim trends to drive improvement
• Oversee large or complicated claims to ensure alignment with objectives
• Track compliance and hold TPA accountable for performance
• Develop and implement safety programs and risk mitigation initiatives
• Enhance underwriting operations and manage program KPIs
• Lead and mentor a team of specialists while ensuring performance accountability

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in workers' compensation operations or related risk management roles
• 4+ years of people management experience in a high-volume setting
• Solid understanding of WC claim lifecycles and TPA performance management
• Strong grip on WC policy structures and premium calculations
• Risk management mindset linked to underwriting and claims outcomes
• Proficient in data analysis for identifying trends and operational improvements
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-experts

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
