Position Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead the strategy, programs, and systems that protect our people, operations, and organization as we continue to grow. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, safety governance, insurance and claims management, and risk mitigation across a multi-state organization. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and partner closely with Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leaders to identify risk, strengthen compliance, and build scalable programs that support the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company’s enterprise risk management strategy and framework.
- Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on risk, compliance, safety, and regulatory matters.
