Senior Manager Risk Based Quality Management

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Risk Based Quality Management to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape risk-based quality management efforts that support the safety, quality, and integrity of clinical trials. You will lead the development of risk management strategies, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide data-driven insights that inform senior leadership decisions. The position calls for strong clinical risk expertise, regulatory awareness, and the ability to guide teams in a highly regulated research environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee clinical risk management strategies
• Lead a team to identify and mitigate risks in clinical trials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into trial processes
• Monitor and analyze risk-related data, providing insights to senior management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Risk Management, or a related field
• Extensive experience in clinical risk management or related roles
• Proven leadership skills in managing risk management and patient safety teams
• Strong expertise in regulatory requirements and risk management methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills for strategic recommendations and stakeholder communication

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
