Senior Manager, Revnenue Growth Management
Support a Sales team aligned with a major retail channel. Partner with Sales Leadership to develop strategies and plans that meet the organization’s revenue growth objectives. Focus on enterprise data sources and trade solutions to derive insights, determine pricing, and drive promotional actions while adhering to commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Creation of the Channel and related Customers’ Topline (Revenue) Plan
- Ownership of 52-week price/package/promotional plan
- Evaluation of Customer-specific growth drivers
- Linkage between Sales team and Headquarter teams
- Management & Execution of the Channel and related Customers’ Topline (Revenue) Plan
- Identifying performance vs plan drivers
- Development of gap closures to plan and representation back to headquarter teams
- Stewardship of Customer(s) topline forecast (volume, price, trade) and accuracy within supporting forecasting and trade management systems
- Evaluation of Joint Business Plan (JBP) metrics with Customer (e.g. revenue, Customer margin, share)
- Stewardship of Customer(s) internal Performance Management Routines and Insights
- Accountable for team routines measuring key topline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – volume, price/mix, revenue drivers
- Identification of Customer specific insights through utilization of the enterprise’s Trade Promotional Optimization platform
- Evaluation of promotional effectiveness for Customer activities (e.g. Return on Investment, Household Penetration)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 7 years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing, or related field
- Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective
- Ability to think systemically & lead complex processes
- Experience in a “Fortune 500” company, or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries
- Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience working across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 15%

Pay
Salary range $130,700 - $190,000. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
