About the role
The Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing serves as a strategic marketing partner to the revenue organization at HousingWire, a leading information, data, and intelligence company serving housing industry professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that support the growth of HousingWire's data, group subscriptions, media, and event businesses.
- Create sales tools that help sales teams communicate customer outcomes and business value.
- Plan and execute product launches, market announcements, customer communications, and other revenue-driving initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and positioning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, revenue marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create customer-facing and sales-facing content that drives business results.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and move initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern marketing technologies.
- Experience in housing, real estate, financial services, SaaS, data, information services, or related industries is a plus.

Pay
$90,000 - $100,000 base salary, depending on experience. Bonus eligible for performance-based bonus at 10% of gross salary.
