Senior Manager, Regulatory Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compliance strategies aligned with business priorities
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Regulatory Operations and Program Managers
• Drive alignment on high-priority legislative initiatives and build strong relationships
• Partner with various teams to ensure seamless communication and compliance delivery
• Oversee the coordination and monitoring of regulatory initiatives for timely objectives
• Continuously improve operational frameworks, workflows, and tooling for compliance
• Communicate executive-level status, risks, and implications of regulatory activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Public Policy, Law, or a related field
• 10+ years in strategy, operations, regulatory/compliance operations, or program management
• 2+ years managing and developing direct reports with a focus on results
• Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Strong skills in process development and operational excellence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and data-driven decision maker with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
