About the role
The Senior Manager, RCM & Compliance Operations will lead the development and implementation of processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency within the organization. This role will oversee the Risk Management and Compliance Operations team, ensuring that all activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance across all operations.
- Oversee the Risk Management and Compliance Operations team to ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulations.
- Lead audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance practices into business processes.
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure they meet compliance standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading compliance teams.
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience with regulatory reporting systems and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
