Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise-wide E2E testing and automation strategies
- Lead the transformation to automation-first quality engineering practices
- Design robust testing frameworks covering different system layers
- Ensure extensive test coverage for distributed systems and microservices
- Drive the integration of automation within CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Establish metrics and continuously improve quality engineering KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in software quality engineering with leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium and Cypress
- Strong expertise in end-to-end testing across UI, API, and backend systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture
- Solid grasp of Agile, DevOps, and modern software development practices
