GoodLeap is seeking a talented and strategic Senior Manager, Public Relations to join our dynamic team. This is a Full-Time position based in our New York, New York office.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative public relations strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers across technology, finance, and sustainability sectors.
- Manage all media relations, including proactive pitching, responding to inbound enquiries, and coordinating interviews.
- Draft and distribute compelling press releases, media alerts, articles, and other communications materials.
- Organise press briefings, media events, and other promotional activities to secure positive media coverage.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on PR results and media coverage to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Serve as a key spokesperson when required and provide media training to company executives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage crisis communications, developing response strategies to protect the company's reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior public relations or corporate communications role, preferably within the technology, finance, or sustainability industry.
- A demonstrable track record of developing and executing successful, high-impact PR campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear and compelling narratives.
- An established network of media contacts at top-tier publications and broadcast outlets.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Experience in crisis management and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Highly organised, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
