Responsibilities

• Programmatic Support: Manage schedule and cost databases for assigned projects. Ensure consistent use of WBS, CBS, and SOV structures. Provide schedule and cost deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting: Develop project-level dashboards and reports. Lead month-end forecasting and variance analysis. Ensure accurate reporting of risk exposure and progress metrics.
• Change Management: Implement change management workflows and documentation. Evaluate design and construction changes for cost/schedule impact. Maintain historical data for future benchmarking.
• Development Projects: Oversee schedule development and updates across lifecycle stages. Ensure contractor compliance with project controls standards. Partner with estimating and finance teams to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering
