Senior Manager, Program Management, Supply Chain

About the role

This leader will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic supply chain modernization initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment. The role will partner closely with product management, engineering, design, and senior stakeholders to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and keep complex programs moving forward. You will also help shape program management and agile best practices across the organization while driving continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of warehouse modernization initiatives using agile methodologies
• Monitor program progress, manage interdependencies, and provide status reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues
• Partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and implement program management and agile best practices across the organization
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment
• Facilitate complex planning sessions and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a technology environment
• 5+ years managing complex programs or in a senior agile role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain execution solutions
• Proven track record with cloud-native/SaaS solutions and understanding of release cycles
• Deep expertise in program and agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
