About the role

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing at HBF will shape the future of HBF's product portfolio and lead the strategic development of products that elevate the environments where people work, gather, heal, and connect.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the strategic product roadmap across HBF and HBF Textiles' portfolios.
• Identify emerging opportunities within workplace, hospitality, healthcare, and public space markets.
• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to bring innovative products to life.
• Translate customer insights, specification trends, and market intelligence into actionable product strategies.
• Develop business cases and investment strategies for new product introductions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept development through launch and portfolio optimization.
• Guide portfolio decisions that drive growth, profitability, and market differentiation.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centered thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive product management leadership experience is required; 10 years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success developing product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong commercial acumen and portfolio management expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders.
• Passion for design, innovation, and customer experience.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
