Senior Manager - Product Marketing
Job Description
We are seeking a Product Marketing/Business Development Manager to accelerate global growth for our Mixed-Signal and Linear product portfolio. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with a market- and customer-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive global business development strategy for Mixed-Signal and Linear products in close collaboration with Product Management and SMEs.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer requirements, applications, and pain points are clearly understood and addressed.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities while expanding key strategic accounts.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers to influence product positioning, roadmap priorities, and feature definition based on market and customer feedback.
- Cook with Subject Matter Experts, ensuring consistent technical messaging and effective customer support.
- Partner with Sales and FAE teams to maximize product adoption, design wins, and long-term customer success.
- Lead customer engagements including technical discussions on how our devices can meet their requirements.
- Support global promotional activities and value-based messaging tailored to key customers and target markets.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong technical background in Mixed-Signal and/or Linear semiconductor products.
- Proven experience in business development, product marketing, or technical sales.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product Management, SMEs, Sales, and FAEs.
- Able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
