About the role

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Data Experience role is a hybrid remote/in-office position. Medidata operates under a hybrid office policy where employees hired for an in-person position are expected to work on-site a certain number of days per week according to company policy.

About the Team

You will work closely with the Data Experience team and the full Medidata product marketing team to drive awareness, sales materials, and thought leadership across multiple offerings in this market-leading portfolio within Medidata and Dassault Systèmes. This role will manage the tactical execution and completion of product marketing activities, collaborating with product, professional services, sales, and marketing teams to develop value propositions and key messages, and position products in the marketplace that demonstrate the value of Medidata's Data Experience capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Data Experience solutions go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, internal and external communication materials, promotional activities, evidence of value, and other deliverables, as appropriate
  • Collaborate with product, professional services, sales, and marketing teams to develop value propositions and key messages, based on a robust understanding of solutions, customer needs, and competitive differentiation
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver a strong value prop and messaging that helps Medidata create separation between us and the competition
  • Partner with sales and professional services to secure testimonials and proof points
  • Incorporate competitive and market intelligence into the analysis required to arm the field against the competition and highlight our market strength
  • Conceive and create thought leadership and educational content to broaden the awareness and understanding of the Data Experience, including the development of abstracts to earn speaking engagements at industry conferences and presentations at those events
  • Leverage approved AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of sales and marketing materials, and ideate and execute ways to use AI to support other teams in their sales and marketing activities

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Data Sciences, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, ideally with knowledge and experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry
  • Experience in designing and executing marketing and communications programs
  • Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner

Pay

The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $114,750 - $153,000. The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $121,500 - $162,000. The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is $113,250 - $151,000. The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $101,250 - $135,000. The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $102,750 - $137,000.
