Senior Manager, Product Marketing
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- About the role: could be the introductory paragraph "The Opportunity As Senior Manager...". That's a description of role. Use About the role
then
with that content. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" list. Use
Responsibilities
then- each bullet.
- Requirements: "What You'll Bring" list. Use
Requirements
then- .
- Qualifications? Might be same as Requirements; but we can skip Qualifications if not separate.
- Skills: maybe not separate; we can omit.
- Benefits: there is a Benefits section with details. Use
- for each benefit item.
- Pay: salary info: "This position offers a competitive base salary between $125,000 - $130,000... total on-target earnings (OTE) to $135,000 - $150,000". Use
Pay
then. - Schedule: "Onsite travel for conferences and events expected 20% throughout the year". That's schedule/travel. Use
Schedule
then. Also there is "About Coursedog" company description; maybe could be part of About the role? But we already used About the role for intro. Could add another section "About the Company" but not in list of headings; but we could treat as About the role? The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can also add other headings if needed? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. The company description could be placed under About the role as additional paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, navigation, etc. The posting includes a note about women etc; that's boilerplate? It's encouraging underrepresented groups; might be considered EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate; we should remove. Also "Not sure if you should apply?" paragraph is encouragement; could be considered boilerplate; but it's not exactly legal; but it's a generic encouragement. I'd remove it as it's not substantive about role. Also "About Coursedog" is substantive about company; keep. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the details about benefits: healthcare contribution percentages, list of partners, HSA/FSA, retirement 401k match, unlimited PTO, remote-first, equity, paid parental leave 12 weeks. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific salary numbers, so Pay section is valid. Schedule: we have onsite travel 20%; that's specific. Now produce HTML. Structure:

... (intro + company description maybe)

- . The description includes paragraphs; we can break into items: - Healthcare, Dental & Vision: fixed contribution model; employee receives same annual dollar amount; depending on selected coverage level, company covers employee-only coverage: 65% to 99% of monthly premiums; employee plus dependents: 45% to 75% of monthly premiums; partners with Aetna and Guardian; access to wellness programs: Spring Health, XP Health, Carrot Fertility, One Medical; pre-tax savings via HSA and FSA. - Retirement Planning: Safe Harbor 401(k) plan from day one; 4% employer match on total compensation each pay period for employees contributing. - Paid Time Off: unlimited PTO. - Remote-First Since Inception: remote-first organization indefinitely. - Equity: equity grants aligned to role and tenure; reviewed and adjusted with promotions. - Paid Parental Leave: up to 12 weeks fully paid leave. Now Pay:
Pay
This position offers a competitive base salary between $125,000 - $130,000, based on experience and qualifications. The role also includes a performance-based variable compensation component, bringing total on-target earnings (OTE) to $135,000 - $150,000 when performance objectives are achieved.
Now Schedule: we already included travel in responsibilities; but we could also have a Schedule section. Since we already used travel bullet there, maybe we should not duplicate. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. Travel is specific; we could put it under Schedule instead of responsibilities. But we already have responsibilities list; we could move that bullet to Schedule and remove from responsibilities. Let's decide: The responsibilities list originally didn't include travel; it was after responsibilities list. So better to put travel under Schedule. Then responsibilities list excludes that bullet. Also Leverage AI bullet could be part of responsibilities (makes sense). We'll keep AI in responsibilities. Thus: Responsibilities: list without travel bullet. Schedule:Schedule
Onsite travel for conferences and events expected 20% throughout the year.

Probably one
with both paragraphs separated by a space. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: the "Not sure if you should apply?" paragraph, the EEO encouragement, also the "Working at Coursedog" heading? Actually the benefits section starts with "Benefits About Coursedog". There's a heading "Benefits About Coursedog". We'll treat that as Benefits section; we already have Benefits. We must not
Benefits
then- or
? The benefits description includes paragraphs and lists. We'll use
- for each benefit item.
