Responsibilities
- Define clear and actionable problem statements to guide team efforts and align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy ML and GenAI solutions that support customer engagement and acquisition.
- Work across teams to build products that facilitate seamless and scalable model development, strategic decision-making, and product practice development.
- Guide your team and cross-functional stakeholders in four key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, and Transformational Leadership.
- Develop and communicate a 3-year vision to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on risks and impediments.
- Recruit and mentor top talent, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Currently holds or is obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Product Management or a related field.
- Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Salaries for this role vary by location and are listed below:
- Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
Schedule
This role is full-time.
Benefits
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
