Senior Manager, Product Management - Developer Experience, AI Coding Tools
About the role

Basic Qualifications
- Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), or a Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools such as Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, or Google Apps Script.
- Strong data fluency in SQL, metrics design, and data pipelines.

- Experience with human-centered design and understanding customer needs.
- Proven track record of delivering game-changing outcomes through strategic focus and execution.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative and resilient solutions using technology.

Pay and Benefits
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role vary by location:
- Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300
- Mclean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100
- Plano, TX: $182,500 - $208,300
- Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300
