Solution Requirements & Definition
Translate partner capabilities and market needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and measurable success criteria.
Author and maintain solution requirements and solution definition documents that guide development teams from concept to validated design.
Define use cases, target outcomes, and acceptance criteria for each joint solution, and validate them with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders before committing build resources.
Technical Design
Define the technical shape of joint solutions in partnership with partner product and engineering teams and internal architects, spanning infrastructure, networking, and AI/data center architectures.
Made and documented key design decisions and trade-offs, balancing technical feasibility, cost, time-to-market, and customer value.
Drive resolution of open technical questions across the solution lifecycle and keep designs coherent.
Codify reference architectures into repeatable, configurable designs that solution design and delivery teams use to execute customer engagements without redesign.
Roadmap & Portfolio
Maintain prioritization and the roadmap for which partner solutions are designed and advanced through the incubation pipeline.
Build the business case for each candidate solution: market opportunity, partner commitment, technical viability, and expected outcomes.
Track the solution portfolio across stages, balancing near-term delivery against longer-term bets, and make clear go / no-go and sequencing recommendations to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a central design and product point of contact across Product Management, Partners & Alliances, Solution Development, Market Development, and Solution Delivery.
Align partner business development, product, and internal stakeholders on solution scope, design direction, and priorities.
Partner with Market Development on go-to-market strategy and launch readiness for each solution.
Lead design reviews and stage gates, and synthesize feedback into stronger solution definitions.
