Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing applications team
Establish clear priorities and execution frameworks
Translate customer and market needs into product requirements and strategic insights
Drive cross-functional alignment with design, systems, marketing, and field organizations
Champion customer experience and ensure ADI delivers best-in-class technical engagement
Guide the team in supporting complex OEM/Tier1 integration of ADI BMS hardware, software, and system solutions
Ensure timely, high-quality technical support and issue resolution
Oversee development of reference designs, evaluation platforms, demos, and application support collateral
Provide structured feedback loops into product development, quality, and roadmap planning
Maintain strong understanding of automotive and energy-storage system architectures
Ensure robust validation strategies, system-level testing, and data-driven analysis
Support development of system models, algorithms, and performance-evaluation tools
Drive continuous improvement in documentation, tools, and customer-enablement assets
Candidate Profile
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams (applications, validation, systems, or similar)
Strong communication skills with ability to influence across engineering and business stakeholders
Passion for developing people, improving processes, and driving customer success
Ability to navigate complex system-level concepts and challenges
