Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the BAU operation of contingent labor program, ensuring the service runs effectively against agreed processes, service levels, governance requirements and business priorities.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure service quality, compliance and ongoing operational performance across background checks, North America employment verifications, outplacement/career transition services.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal and internal stakeholders to support vendor contract management, renewals and commercial discussions, ensuring appropriate SLAs, KPIs and governance expectations are in place.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, service audits and governance discussions with vendors, using agreed KPIs, SLAs and operational data to identify issues, drive improvements and maintain service accountability.
  • Identify, monitor and mitigate operational, compliance and service risks associated with third-party vendors and outsourced processes, escalating issues where required and ensuring appropriate resolution plans are in place.
  • Own and coordinate the fleet management driver behavior process, working with relevant internal teams and external providers to ensure cases are managed consistently, actions are tracked and process outcomes are delivered effectively.
  • Oversee the end-to-end third-party invoicing process, partnering with internal teams to support PO creation, invoice validation, issue resolution and timely payment in line with agreed financial controls and service expectations.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years experience of working in a global HR operations/vendor management organisation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and co-ordination.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence change across a global HR organisation.
  • Familiarity of working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.
  • Significant experience in supporting and delivering project and customer change within HR.
  • Experience of working in a customer service capacity, with a strong focus on customer experience through driving service improvements across dispersed teams.
  • Experience of delivering service improvements across HR or any other business process organizations that they are not direct line reports i.e. strong influence and impact with key stakeholders.

Pay

$93,500.00 - $110,000.00
