For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Policy & Governance to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise policy governance program to ensure a current and compliant policy library
- Oversee the entire policy lifecycle, including reviews, approvals, and version control
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate policy development and approvals efficiently
- Manage governance activities for Board and Risk Committee meetings, ensuring accurate documentation
- Ensure governance records are complete and ready for audits or regulatory engagements
- Develop a small Policy & Governance team while enhancing governance processes for scalable growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years in policy management, governance, enterprise risk management, or compliance at a regulated financial institution
- Proven experience managing an enterprise policy governance framework
- Experience supporting Board or Risk Committee governance processes in a regulated environment
- Skilled in creating accurate and high-quality governance documentation for executives or regulators
Pay
$172,000 – $270,000 annually
