Senior Manager, Platform Engineering, Identity

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Platform Engineers focused on Identity domains
• Ensure readiness and operational rigor for demos and evaluations
• Act as the main execution liaison between consulting and product management teams
• Convert product roadmaps into structured execution plans with timelines
• Oversee operational readiness for product launches and cross-pillar initiatives
• Track execution health and address productivity gaps
• Establish feedback loops with consultants for real-world applicability
• Collaborate with leadership to turn insights into broader initiatives

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Product-oriented GTM roles
• 3+ years of leading a team, especially senior contributors
• In-depth knowledge of technical sales cycles and demo strategies
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Marketing teams
• Proven ability to transform strategy into actionable execution plans
• Strong prioritization and resource management in complex environments
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level synthesis
• Proven track record in driving process rigor across technical teams
• Coaching and talent development capabilities

$244,000 – $335,500 annually
