Responsibilities
- Own Workday & HR Technology Operations, optimizing and managing daily functions
- Lead HRIS Team & Service Delivery, ensuring quality resolutions for inquiries
- Oversee System Configuration & Optimization to align with organizational needs
- Lead Integration & Technical Management alongside IT for reliable data interchange
- Ensure Data Integrity & Governance through audits and compliance practices
- Support end users with advanced technical solutions and training resources
- Manage System Upgrades & Continuous Improvement in collaboration with vendors
- Communicate and partner with key stakeholders to align initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in HRIS or People Technology, with 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on expertise in Workday configuration including HCM and Absence
- Experience managing HRIS teams and service delivery models
- Proven background in system integrations, collaborating with IT
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance in HR systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
