Senior Manager, People Systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain primary people systems like Workday and Greenhouse
• Lead exploration and configuration of new features in Workday
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements
• Configure, test, and validate changes within Workday
• Manage a team of analysts, setting aligned objectives
• Implement HRIS best practices and identify automation opportunities
• Maintain documentation of systems-related procedures

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience
• 3+ years of leading an HRIS team
• Expertise in at least three Workday functional areas, such as Advanced Compensation and Benefits
• Mastery of report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs
• Strong project management and analytical skills
