About the Opportunity:The Senior Manager, People Operations leads the day-to-day operations of the People function, ensuring a high-quality employee experience, compliance, and efficient execution of people programs. This role partners with leadership to implement strategies, drive operational excellence, and build scalable processes that support organizational growth. It requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on management of benefits administration, leave management, HR compliance, HRIS, and employee lifecycle operations. 3. Responsibilities:Lead daily People Operations activities and employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, leaves, and offboardingEnsure operational excellence in People programs, policies, and servicesDevelop and improve People processes, workflows, and proceduresIdentify and implement process efficiencies and automationAct as escalation point for complex operational and employee mattersCollaborate with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders for seamless executionMonitor service delivery and recommend improvementsSupport People Operations goals and projectsAdminister employee benefit programs and manage relationships with brokers and vendorsOversee benefits enrollment, communications, and open enrollmentResolve complex benefits issues and ensure complianceManage leave administration and accommodations including FMLA, ADA, and state programsGuide employees and managers through leave processes and maintain documentationStay current on legislation impacting leave and accommodationsEnsure compliance with employment laws across multiple statesMaintain People policies, conduct audits, and advise on complianceSupport employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretationAdminister HR systems (UKG Pro), ensure data integrity, and manage reportingProvide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance managementSupport consistent application of policies and resolution of workplace concerns 4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredRelevant HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHRExperience managing benefits administration and leave programsKnowledge of HR compliance and employment laws in multiple statesProficiency with HRIS systems and data managementStrong operational leadership and project management skillsAbility to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
