Senior Manager, People Operations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager People Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will partner across HR, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, service quality, and data-driven decision-making. The position offers the opportunity to modernize core HR processes while improving the experience for employees and managers within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives on organizational design and workforce planning
• Evaluate and optimize people processes with a focus on data-driven decisions
• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for key People programs
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, and career development initiatives
• Coach managers through employee relations and leadership challenges
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance engagement and manager effectiveness
• Analyze People metrics to identify insights and recommend solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in people-focused roles at high-growth tech companies
• Strong background in HR Operations or HR Business Partners with success in coaching and influencing leaders
• Experience in leading talent initiatives like performance management and leadership development
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building programs from scratch
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually
