Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in human capital analytics, workforce planning, HR data analysis, or related role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake)
• Experience with HRIS Systems, Workday preferred
• Proven track record of leading complex analytics projects, driving business insights, and influencing decision-making at senior levels
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Pay

This is a salaried position starting at $94,000.00 (or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $129,000.00, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role is eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
