About the role
This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee performance of cost recovery and containment initiatives
- Manage vendors for cost avoidance and recovery efforts
- Collaborate with health plans and national vendors to identify cost containment
- Develop and assist in achieving annual budget and savings targets
- Evaluate and streamline processes to reduce costs
- Present trends and recommendations for cost containment to senior management
- Compile reporting packages on current initiatives for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis, finance, or accounting
- Preferred experience with government programs auditing and compliance monitoring
- Project management experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills

Pay
$107,700 – $199,300 annually
