About the role
This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage cost avoidance and recovery initiatives with vendors
- Collaborate with health plans and national vendors to contain costs
- Develop annual budgets and savings targets for vendors
- Streamline processes to reduce costs
- Present trends and action plans for cost containment
- Assist health plans with cost recovery regulations
- Monitor and evaluate other departments' cost recovery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 6+ years of data analysis, finance, or accounting experience
- Experience with government programs auditing and compliance monitoring preferred
- Project management experience preferred

Pay
$107,700 – $199,300 annually
