Senior Manager, Payment Integrity

About the role

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost avoidance and recovery initiatives with vendors
• Collaborate with health plans and national vendors to contain costs
• Develop annual budgets and savings targets for vendors
• Streamline processes to reduce costs
• Present trends and action plans for cost containment
• Assist health plans with cost recovery regulations
• Monitor and evaluate other departments' cost recovery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 6+ years of data analysis, finance, or accounting experience
• Experience with government programs auditing and compliance monitoring preferred
• Project management experience preferred

Pay

$107,700 – $199,300 annually
