Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for patients, managing cases to overcome barriers
- Execute transitions for patients in an Expanded Access Program after FDA approval
- Manage escalation frameworks with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly
- Ensure timely communication with patients and providers from enrollment to case closure
- Maintain rigorous documentation to track access barriers and resolutions
- Foster a culture of patient advocacy and collaboration across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) with current state license
- 7-9+ years of experience in oncology or patient access
- Proven track record supporting oncology launches in high-growth settings
- In-depth knowledge of payer dynamics and reimbursement processes
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Extensive understanding of HIPAA regulations and Adverse Event reporting
