Leadership Impact

Technical Authority

Evaluate tax aspects of partnership agreements and manage IRC 704(b) capital accounts.

Expert Consulting

  • Market, design, and implement sophisticated tax-planning strategies
  • With a heavy focus on Sub-chapter K partnership taxation

  • Conduct performance reviews to foster their career growth

Must-Haves

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Certification: CPA Required (with an active license)
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience, including significant time in public accounting
  • Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in US GAAP, partnership returns, joint ventures, and non-corporate entity tax returns

Nice-to-Haves

  • Specialized Expertise: Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Software Fluency: Advanced skills in tax-related software for research and return processing
