Senior Manager, Partner Marketing - Security Partners

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing - Security Partners to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will shape the partner marketing strategy for a portfolio of security alliances, ensuring investments are aligned to growth priorities and go-to-market objectives. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans that drive pipeline, market impact, and partner performance. It will also establish governance for partner marketing funds and support the planning process that keeps joint initiatives on track. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Own the marketing strategy for the security partner portfolio Develop annual and quarterly partner marketing strategies aligned with business priorities Establish investment strategies for marketing resource allocation across partners Partner with leadership to translate growth priorities into actionable marketing plans Lead the marketing component of annual partner planning and performance management Own the MDF strategy and governance framework for security partners Create integrated marketing plans that connect partner investments to broader campaigns Qualifications 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in security or IT infrastructure partner marketing Significant experience managing MDF and partner investments Strong understanding of joint marketing plans and contractual marketing commitments Proven ability to develop integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid company holidays Paid time off Paid parental and caregiver leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
