Senior Manager, Orthopaedic Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Orthopaedic Operations provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for an orthopaedic service line within a multispecialty clinic. This role is responsible for driving growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care across all orthopaedic clinical and clerical functions. The Senior Manager partners closely with physician leaders and executive leadership to design, recommend, and implement innovative initiatives—such as recovery services, durable medical equipment (DME), and other revenue-generating programs—that support the long-term success of the orthopaedic practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the orthopaedic service line
• Drive growth and optimize performance across all orthopaedic clinical and clerical functions
• Ensure high-quality, efficient patient care delivery
• Partner with physician leaders and executive leadership to design and recommend innovative initiatives
• Implement revenue-generating programs including recovery services and durable medical equipment (DME)
• Manage one Orthopaedic Manager and provide oversight to Orthopaedic Leads
• Maintain ultimate accountability for all orthopaedic staff performance, engagement, and outcomes
