Senior Manager of Technology Services - ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term vision for ServiceNow across Technology Services
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of platform specialists
• Use KPIs and analytics to improve service quality
• Establish frameworks for platform health and user experience
• Oversee service management processes for secure and reliable operations
• Identify and drive automation opportunities to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align service priorities

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments
• Proven success in developing management and engineering talent
• Expertise in evolving ServiceNow environments
• Strong strategic planning and operational excellence skills
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, ITIL, PMP) preferred

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
