Senior Manager of Strategy and Analytics, Bansk Milestone
About the role
The Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics will support the development and implementation of Bansk Group value creation modules across portfolio companies. Working closely with executive leadership, this role will help build repeatable frameworks, tools, and processes that enable portfolio companies to develop portfolio strategies, revenue growth management capabilities, and other strategic initiatives. This role combines data and business analytics, structured problem solving, project leadership, and capability building to help management teams make better decisions and execute against agreed priorities.
Key Accountabilities
Framework Development: Build and refine repeatable strategy, revenue growth management, and value creation modules, including templates, tools, training materials, implementation guides, and supporting processes.
Business Analysis & Insight Support: Guide the synthesis of internal and external data into clear business insights, identify opportunities and risks, and support management teams in evaluating strategic choices.
Project & Engagement Support: Support portfolio company strategy engagements through research, data organization, analytical support, project coordination, preparation of materials, and documentation of key decisions and recommendations.
Monitoring & Governance Support: Help establish monitoring processes, reporting structures, and annual review routines that enable portfolio companies to maintain focus and track progress against strategic priorities.
Capability Building & Innovation: Develop scalable data, process, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve the speed, consistency, and quality of portfolio company decision-making over time.
Project Leadership: Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Executive Communication: Prepare presentations, recommendations, and supporting materials for senior executives, boards, and investment partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, sales, operations, and leadership teams across portfolio companies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve methodologies, tools, and processes as additional companies adopt the modules.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, finance, business planning, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with data to support business decisions
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in management consulting and/or corporate strategy
- Experience working within consumer products, retail, or consumer-focused industries
- Experience supporting executive workshops and strategic planning processes
- Exposure to revenue growth management, pricing, category management, or portfolio strategy
- Exposure to AI and modern analytics tools to improve business processes
