Senior Manager, Strategic Finance Compensation: $150,000–$170,000+ + Bonus Location: Remote About The Opportunity A rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare technology company is establishing a dedicated Strategic Finance function, creating an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to help build the function from the ground up. This is a highly visible, strategic role that goes well beyond traditional FP&A. Rather than focusing primarily on recurring budgeting and forecasting activities, this position will concentrate on strategic analysis, value creation, business transformation, and executive decision support. The Senior Manager will work closely with VP-level and executive leadership while partnering across the organization to evaluate opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and help shape the company's strategic direction.
