What You'll Do
- Drive strategic initiatives
- Support end-to-end execution of company priorities
- Structure complex problems using rigorous analytical frameworks
- Turn data and qualitative insight into clear, actionable recommendations
- Prepare executive-ready materials
- Coordinate on cross-functional programs
- Help manage the day-to-day "strategic agenda" of the business
- Step into gaps across the organization
- Partner with sales, marketing, and client engagement teams
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience, including at least 2-3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm
- Experience in an operating role and ability to apply strong problem-solving skills in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical horsepower and ability to build market analyses and strategic frameworks from scratch
- Execution-oriented mindset to follow through and get things done without being managed
- High degree of ownership and a low ego - no task is too big or too small
