Senior Manager of Revenue Operations

About the role

The role is responsible for managing the technical infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations of the educational platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage server infrastructure and ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery tests.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or system administration.
• Proven experience in cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with monitoring tools and automation scripts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with database management and SQL.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
