Senior Manager of Procurement Operations

Responsibilities
- Lead procurement operations to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services at competitive prices
- Implement procurement strategies and optimize purchasing processes
- Utilize procurement software to streamline purchase order management and monitor contractual compliance
- Conduct cost analysis and business requirements analysis to support procurement decisions
- Facilitate contract lifecycle management and vendor risk management to mitigate potential risks
- Coach and motivate teams to solve complex procurement challenges and enhance service delivery
- Apply systems thinking to identify opportunities for procurement process improvement
- Engage in strategic questioning and storytelling to convey impactful messages and align procurement goals with organizational objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to validate outcomes and act on feedback
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
