Senior Manager of Procurement Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
• Manage supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services at competitive prices
• Implement procurement strategies and optimize purchasing processes
• Utilize procurement software to streamline purchase order management and monitor contractual compliance
• Conduct cost analysis and business requirements analysis to support procurement decisions
• Facilitate contract lifecycle management and vendor risk management to mitigate potential risks
• Coach and motivate teams to solve complex procurement challenges and enhance service delivery
• Apply systems thinking to identify opportunities for procurement process improvement
• Engage in strategic questioning and storytelling to convey impactful messages and align procurement goals with organizational objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to validate outcomes and act on feedback

Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 6 years of experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
