Senior Manager of Finance - Dynapower

About the role

The Senior Manager of Finance at Dynapower is responsible for analyzing trends and metrics, and designing and executing project plans to convert analysis into actionable solutions. This position develops timely, accurate, and actionable data and analysis to guide business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost and financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities, contributing to the organization's short and long-term financial goals.
• Oversee complex, large, or difficult analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and recommend financial implications of proposed investments and transactions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and departmental teams to analyze business drivers, trends, and operating results.
• Perform variance analysis between actual, prior, and standard costs.
• Analyze financial data and create cost and financial models for decision support.
• Develop cost and financial strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and long-term objectives.
• Suggest and implement action plans to improve performance measures.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with the external financial community.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

• A university degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Accountability for achieving goals and maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Non-U.S. Persons may not be eligible.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $143,760.00 – $197,670.00. The final offer considers factors such as experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
