Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day volume-driving marketing planning and execution of the community/network of care strategy for assigned region.
- Develop annual marketing plans, setting goals, strategies, and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met.
- Act as regional account executive for senior operational leadership, providing strategic counsel, market opportunities, and overall support across the assigned region.
- Identify areas of opportunities or downtrends and collaborate with physician/clinical relationship development & sales team and institute/service line marketing team to develop and implement volume-driving campaigns.
- Provide executive leadership with market dashboard and return on investment reports to ensure business goals are met and contribute to the development of key relationships, affiliations, and community partnerships.
- Maintain awareness of emerging marketing trends, competitive movements, and overall landscape, bringing leading consumer-centric strategies to the team to impact volume-driving efforts across all service lines and markets in assigned region.
- Serve as lead brand ambassador, ensuring consistent execution of brand strategy across all areas of responsibility to establish/improve overall brand awareness and perception in the market.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic community sponsorships, organize/support volume-driving community events, and establish immersive, keynote events.
- Provide leadership for direct-to-consumer physician-specific marketing initiatives to drive referrals, increase exposure, and add consumer value and brand recognition in the marketplace.
- Manage multiple team members to drive the execution of marketing strategies and ensure overall business objectives are met, including recruiting, coaching, and providing leadership and assistance in strategy development.
- Provide oversight for large budget, ensuring timely reporting, return on investment, and fiscal responsibility.
- Develop and maintain strong community relationships, engage key community leaders, and establish strategic initiatives with local and regional influencers to enhance the brand and drive volume and engagement.
Requirements
- Advanced management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and guide direction in a matrixed work environment.
- Knowledge and skills to lead integrated marketing programs, including: marketing planning; creative concepting and execution; corporate communications; digital and social media; project management, event planning; research analysis; and physician relations.
- Strong collaborator and influencer - drives change through ideas, relationships and actions, systemic and operational issues to accelerate results. Adept at relationship building internally and externally to drive business.
- Effective communicator with outstanding oral and written communication skills, proven relationship-building skills among executives, staff, physicians, and community partners. Strong presenter who possesses command presence and can influence change.
- Sound critical thinker with the ability to analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy in order to make smart decisions and recommendations that produce measurable results.
- Effectively works collaboratively across service lines and markets to apply knowledge and learning to advance market strategies and consumer-centric programming.
- Marketing industry experience in emerging digital media and technologies.
- Experience attracting, hiring, retaining, coaching, and developing teams and individuals.
- Displays emotional intelligence skills to anticipate needs, craft a tailored approach, and communicate effectively with team members, colleagues, and leadership.
- Open to change and able to navigate transitions effectively and with a positive outlook.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in windows-based applications as well as Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, aware of advertising practices and guidelines.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff—executive, management, and staff—both written and verbally. Ability to create, compose, and edit written material.
- Excellent leadership, project management, budget management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytic, and possess good organization and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field [Required]
- Master's degree [Preferred]
- 2+ years of experience in budget management [Required]
- 6+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of designing, developing, and managing fully-integrated marketing initiatives [Required]
- Experience managing employees [Required]
- Previous experience within healthcare industry [Preferred]
Pay
$72,786.83 - $155,693.55
