Responsibilities
- Support the execution of integrated brand partnerships from pitch through activation, ensuring projects remain on schedule and key deliverables are met.
- Manage activation timelines, approvals, production milestones, and partner communications across multiple concurrent projects.
- Track trade-outs across FOX Entertainment programming.
- Aid in the development and maintenance of partnership materials, including pitch decks, one-sheets, case studies, and recap presentations.
- Research and monitor industry trends, competitive partnership activity, and marketplace innovations to inform sales strategy and creative development.
- Screen programming and identify potential integration opportunities, sponsorship assets, and sales hooks for advertisers.
- Create episode loglines, programming summaries, and partnership positioning materials to support the Ad Sales team.
- Manage premium inventory requests and coordinate client mailers, gifting, and special experiences.
- Support the creation and distribution of internal partnership communications and newsletters.
- Maintain organized records of partnership materials, approvals, and program assets.
Requirements
- Experience in media, entertainment, advertising, marketing, partnerships, or a related field.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and X).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can work independently when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Passion for entertainment, television, and brand partnerships.
