About the role
As the Senior Manager of Consignment Operations, you will oversee the warehousing and logistics operations for Stadium Goods, ensuring efficient and effective management of consignment inventory. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth in the consignment market.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Manage consignment inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
- Oversee staff training and development to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer service.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software is preferred.
