About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager of Business Systems based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to shape the systems foundation behind a rapidly scaling go-to-market organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the systems powering revenue operations.
- Own the end-to-end GTM systems ecosystem, including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Marketo, Clay, ZoomInfo, CommonRoom, and related integrations.
- Build and optimize automation and AI-powered workflows to improve lead routing, lifecycle management, data enrichment, handoffs, and operational efficiency.
- Manage data quality and enrichment strategies across business systems to support account-based marketing, outbound initiatives, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.
- Translate business needs from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams into scalable system solutions with clear documentation and effective execution.
- Manage and mentor a small team, establish priorities, remove blockers, and create processes that maintain high-performing GTM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Sales Operations, Data, and GTM Engineering.
- Drive continuous improvements across systems, processes, and workflows to support business growth and AI-enabled operations.
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS environments, revenue operations, Salesforce architecture, and automation.
- Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise, including architecture, custom objects, flows, governance, integrations, and platform optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, CommonRoom, or similar enrichment and intent platforms.
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI-powered workflows within a GTM or revenue operations context.
- Strong analytical skills with experience maintaining high data quality standards and using SQL to validate metrics and support reporting.
- Experience with BDR operations, lead routing strategies, segmentation, and multi-region GTM processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based business models is beneficial.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and ability to balance technical decisions with business priorities.
