For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, this role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing networking engineering team
- Own the technical roadmap for enterprise networking initiatives
- Architect and deliver complex network solutions across various technologies
- Establish engineering standards and reference architectures for consistency and security
- Drive network automation and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new capabilities and changes
- Lead technical design reviews, capacity planning, and troubleshooting efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 8 years of network engineering experience, focusing on enterprise solutions
- Proven leadership experience in developing and managing technical teams
- Deep expertise in enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, and secure access
- Hands-on experience with tools like Python, Ansible, Terraform for network automation
- Strong communication skills to influence architectural decisions
- Experience in designing modern networking architectures and security frameworks

Pay
$127,800 – $204,400 annually
