Senior Manager, Network Operations

About the role

This role will guide the evolution of a modern network environment that supports both corporate operations and a distributed workforce. You will own network reliability, automation, and infrastructure strategy while partnering closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. The position also plays a key leadership role in strengthening team performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the network can scale with the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to a cloud-native network architecture
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee network uptime commitments and reliability measures
• Own corporate network infrastructure from headquarters to remote offices
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for competitive outcomes
• Translate complex network strategies for non-technical stakeholders
• Enhance team performance through career development and talent strategy

Qualifications

• 7+ years of network engineering experience in production environments
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing technical teams
• Deep expertise with Cisco switching and routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF
• Experience managing Palo Alto Networks firewall deployments
• Knowledge of AWS cloud networking, including VPCs and Transit Gateways
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Compensation: $177,100 – $221,400 annually
