About the role

Shield AI is a federal contractor or subcontractor subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil right laws and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for autonomous systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new AI solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Shield AI's AI infrastructure.
  • Support the development of ethical AI practices within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AI research and development.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

  • Passion for advancing the state-of-the-art in AI and autonomous systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and services.
  • Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI development.

Skills

  • Python programming.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with data preprocessing and model evaluation.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay
