What You'll Do
- Partner with Category Strategists and merchants to translate business goals into impactful marketing strategies.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across creative, media, digital, social, and channel activation teams.
- Develop communication and messaging plans that support merchandise campaigns and reinforce member value.
- Review creative concepts and campaign assets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Cook up cross-functional teams to improve speed-to-market and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Measure campaign performance, communicate results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive transparency through pre- and post-campaign reporting while collaborating with Marketing Intelligence and Finance.

Assignment Details
- Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Contract Length: Approximately 6 months (with potential for extension)
